I asked a doctor to fill out a form in relation to my health/ severe condition, explaining to a university an error relating to management of my student loan. I'm now liable to $4000+ due to his haphazardness and incompetence. Interestingly - a different doctor prior to this, prescribed me an antibiotic (for the same condition) that markedly exacerbated my illness - with The Alfred emergency department telling me to stop taking it immediately.
