Second bad consultation experience in a row. Each time more than 30 minutes late. Not the friendliest tone. Last visit was rushed through at the end. Didn’t feel listened to. Took a staff it call and had me on hold for 5 minutes during the consultation. Today after telling him I still had pain after my recent surgery has was unsympathetic and patronising. I am, and have always been completely happy and satisfied with my doc. Dr.Beng Ew who has looked after me for several years.All the doctors and nurses here are excellent and extremely qualified. I couldn't recommend PMC highly enough.
