Don’t waste your time going here
I have consulted with my GP and need to book for gastrocopy. I called staff to book in but she was very rude to me just because I didn’t understand the doctor name and asked her to repeat so I can send email of my referral. She spoke very fast. I didn’t feel well after this phone call and very disappointed at this kind of treatment from a person who call herself a professional medical service. Hope this feedback could help improve the service!
