This guy (Mark Prahm) is a rock star. We've only know him for a short four weeks, but they have been fabulous. Week #1: Showed us several houses, making it work at our requested times. Found a house we loved and helped us through the offer, counter-offer dance! Week #2: Offer accepted. Mark got the ball rolling with the process of inspections and such (we had no idea). We first me Emily when we were looking for a home and she was so sweet and beyond helpful that when it came time to sell due to my husbands job taking us out of state Emily was the first person we called! It doesn’t matter if your buying or selling Emily can get it done. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and has such a wonderful personality that makes her wonderful to work with.

Emily was very helpful in the building of my condo. I probably didn't appreciate her enough during the project but I have great respect for her now. She is kind, gracious, has good taste and is very organized. I would not hesitate sending clients her way!
