Horrible management, never picks up when called. We had a flood in our unit and tried to reach emergency line but that went to voicemail too.

Prado apartments has the worse management any apartment complex could have, and runs itself like a corporate bully (owned by Equity Residential). They lie through their teeth and have their maintenance crew cover up dangerous situations (like mold in the walls) that can cause irreversible physical and mental damage. When you inform them of their several mistakes, they call in their lawyers for harassing them. I would never recommend this complex. Tenants are inconsiderate a-holes that smoke, let their dogs bark all night, stomp around, let their children run and scream throughout the halls, blast tvs/music that echoes throughout the courtyards because they won't close their doors, and the management does nothing to rectify
Nice area.. Gaited community close to 134. Ralph's and shopping but the walls are very thin.. I know when my neighbor upstairs wake up and shower......agh
