I’m paralyzed and I’m lucky that I live on the first floor because there is an elevator right next to my unit. Other than that you can get to the mailboxes but every thing else the pool no access to the courtyard no access no ramps at all. The managers office no access for the handicap just stairs. I have get someone to drop off the money order for the utilities because I can’t get to the office. Do not waste your money moving here!!!! Yes the keep the outside nice however they do not maintain the units well- it will take forever (if ever) for your maintenance request to go through. It was told to me when I moved in that the water and trash is $60-120 extra per month depending on the season, etc… and that it’s divided building not by unit. Never once has it been that low and it reaches the upwards of almost $300 so when you have 2 people living in a unit and there are units that are overloaded with multiple residents... read more
Horrible management, maintenance, and overall building quality. The buildings have constant leaks which causes weekly water shut offs and you pay for the water leaks as a resident since there are no separate water meters per unit. Management does not respond to emails and barely responds to phone calls when contacted. Maintenance will ignore service requests, we would often have to put in multiple requests or contact the management office to have them send someone out to deal with an issue. The Prado is a well kept secret in Mission Valley. Their apartments have a great layout, spacious and comfortable. If you should be lucky enough to find an available unit on the South facing side of the complex, you will have a million dollar view.
