RENTERS BEWARE ! ! ! 07/26/2025 IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO REVIEW I WOULD. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR FOR LAST 3 MONTHS , I LIVE ON 2ND FLOOR. THAT MEANS GROCERIES, WATER,ETC. NO TIMELINE FROM MANAGEMENT FOR FIXING THIS PROBLEM
If I could give this place a minus zero , I would. Most of the complaints on these reviews are correct. My recent upset with this place is the elevator. It's been broken a month now. You call and call and nothing is done. Im 74 years old and live on the 2nd floor. I have to bring my groceries up, my weekly water. It's crazy. This management nor the property management care one bit. I hope they all get a taste of what they so easily ignore.
I live across the street from this place and I hear paranoid schizophrenics screaming at the top of their lungs all day from here. There is one woman who screams "TURN IT OFF! TURN THAT SPEAKER OFF! TURN IT OFF!" every single day, at all hours of the day and night. When she isn't screaming, there's another woman that turns gospel music up as loud as her TV can go, and she stands on her patio and screams about God and Jesus. All day. Horrible Place to live, you will Not Have Peace or safety and no chance of rest! The residents simply seem to be mentally unstable, drug users and alcoholics! And let’s not even forget the disgusting amount of trash and human feces around the place! And the children are a huge problem here! There are approximately 5 or so of them that stay out super late and make a huge mess of the place!
