I wish so much in retrospective that I would have chosen Lou first. The broker which I had chosen appeared to be good friends with the attorney which was chosen for the buyer; as such I was poorly represented. It was not a very enjoyable experience dealing with that broker. Lou came in at the last minute without even asking for a commission to save the deal.
