Please Stay Way ! They are just garbage! Bad management! They will charge you for what you are not responsible for after you left the house! They do not even check moving pictures that has been sent during your moving, before charging you! They will tell you to do showing for them for $250 (lol! You will not received anything)! Acadia is a nice building, however the management creates an uncomfortable environment. The amenities are lackluster, management likes to dime and nickel for everything and emails from the building's manager are passive aggressive in general. The idea of "planting flowers" as a communal activity is incredibly inappropriate as it is essentially the building exploiting residents for free labor. These are some of the nicest apartments in Duluth. The staff is accommodating and always answer my questions. I love that the building is secure and you can hardly hear any neighbors. It's very quiet. 10/10
I was fortunate enough to get to rent a lovely one bedroom apartment for a little over a year while I was attending UMD. The building is so well kept and clean, the neighbors in the apartments are all friendly. The facilities such as the gyms, game room, office and more are all amazing to have!
