Peggy is a sweetheart and so knowledgeable! She made me understand what nutrition I needed to make weight loss a lifestyle. It's only been 3 days, and I already feel more energetic and my cravings finally stopped ! I don't have to count calories and I don't have to feel hungry. I highly recommend her!!
