Well I just went there today for my first time. I had shoulder surgery two weeks ago so I was a little nervous. When I did the right light therapy I took my arm out of the sling and just held it. It still hurt when I was done. But now I am home and I have no pain. I feel great. I also had the body shake machine, I really feel great. I was so tired when I was done.
