RecommendedI've been going to PR Partners for the past 10 years just for Katie Harty. I moved to Richmond and still make the 90 mile drive to get my hair cut and colored. Katie is a fantastic stylist; I have never had a bad cut or color from her. She's also realistic about what is possible in one appointment; while she wants you to be pleased with your look, she also wants your hair to be healthy. Very nice shop, very nice & friendly people that I met yesterday, I am sure we will be back. Everyone looked great when they left the salon, special "thanks" to Arcadia for the wonderful job she did with Ciara's hair.
Katie is my favorite! She rocked my neon colors and my haircut is perfect! The atmosphere was busy but still super friendly and I felt welcomed instantly. I'll definitely be back!
