I’ve had the pleasure of renting through Pam for nearly three years. When the homeowner of my previous residence decided to sell, Pam acted quickly and helped me secure a new property without any disruption. The transition was smooth, and I encountered no issues during the move. Pam and her team are consistently professional, adhere to all regulations, and provide outstanding service to their tenants. I truly appreciate their support and hope to continue working with them for many years to come.
I have rented houses for over 40 years and this company has been the worse one I have ever rented from. They will find any little thing to over charge you for. If I had know that this was the type of company I would have NEVER moved in one of their houses.. Between the management and the owner of the house, I went through so many “head games” that made it very stressful to live there. They will get theirs in the end, my God promises me that.
I realize these reviews don’t do much… in the end people will move into whatever they can find when they need it because I was that person. That’s what these companies bank off of. I’ve been my own property manager for 13 years on my own investment properties and handled every situation under the book. I know when to appreciate good tenants and value them. PQuail Realty and Property Management is an excellent choice for both tenants and homeowners in the Rio Rancho area.
