So upon reading the comments my experience with Pam seems about right. She called us about a tour and asked to call her back(didn’t give timefriend or business hours) we called the next day about 8:30 or so. We left a VM stating it was about a property tour and we were returning her call and to call us. She calls back within 10 Mins and when we tell her we’re wanting to do a tour she rudely interrupted us and said “I’m in a bathrobe call after 10am” such a dumb statement to make. Pam and Maureen are awesome , they are so kind and helpful . We moved from Texas to New Mexico stayed for 6 months then my husband's job got transferred resulting in us having to break the lease , they were understanding and kind . This has been a great experience for our family renting with PQuail ! I am sad to leave them !
Upon moving out myself plus 3 family members cleaned the home very diligently for 2 days. Just as clean if not cleaner than it was when I moved in. I Took photos prior to and upon move out. It was not in my lease that I needed to hire a professional cleaning company or have the carpets professionally shampooed. Yet 1/3 of my deposit was taken out to pay for a professional cleaning service. I disputed the charge with Pquail with the form that was provided. I was helping my mom find a place to live/rent and she and her staff were recommended to us by a friend! Pam and her staff have done an amazing job meeting our expectations when things needed to be taken care of in a timely manner! Thank you for all that you do! 👍🏾🤗
Pam and her team have been amazing! I highly recommend them to manage your rental properties. They are thoughtful, and thorough, and, I feel I am in the best of hands at all times!
