DON'T DO IT... Do not rent 5 Foxboro CT in North Little Rock, AR...the house looks nice but has lots of issues...AC doesn't cool the house, the master bedroom gets no air, I had to use a window AC to be able to sleep at night; water doesn't drain from any of the sinks or tubs like it's supposed to, water is leaking from somewhere and keeps part of the back yard saturated. I have rented with this company going on 2 years and have never had any issues. My AC went out this past week and Mike sent someone over to fix it quickly so my babies and I had AC. This company has been great for my kids and I. I recommend them and will continue to always. Thanks to Mike and the team for keeping me and my family a priority
Critical: Check out the reviews. Mine is not the only negative one. This review reflects on the Lewisville, Carrollton and The Colony area. During a renovation to a home next door to mine, PPMG's workers dug up six to eight feet of my front yard!!! They left the dirt piled high on my yard, and an eight foot drop from my property all across the front side of the home /yard they were working on. Help will report u to the courthouse plumbing terrible
Been in this house by 2 weeks plumbing terrible no one to fix be it been 24 hours and the say wait reporting them to DDSD and adoption agency Monday and then they had the nerve to tell me to call someone to but I pay almost 1200 a month
