Peace of Mind It has really been a pleasure to reside in a building where the management company is not only responsive to maintenance issues, but also carries through competently and efficiently in handling issues as they arise, either small or large. I have never had to make a follow up call to have something taken care of, whether it has been graffiti touch up or a leak due to roof damage. As the owner of P.P.M.C. I would like to take this opportunity to respond to this review. I remember specifically the building they lived in. I installed new vinyl replacement windows, they were very energy efficient high quality windows and the occupant without the landlords permission covered the windows with plastic and tape and left the windows unlocked leaving the seal open. This created their own mold problem over the winter. They left with adhesive tape and the black mold around the new windows. This is the only apart... read more
