I have lived in one of their units for a couple years now and must say, they do make their buildings look nice, but that's it. The buildings are cheaply thrown together and very, very, poorly insulated. This kind of thing is only apparent if you've there for a while. In the winter the electric heat shoots up like a missile and the air conditioning in the summer takes for ever to cool. Then once it does, it doesn't take long to get hot.
