Took my 991.1 in today. Brian and Alex were very helpful in recommending prophylactic maintenance. Both very knowledgeable and passionate Porsche people. Honest and down to earth. Very pleased with the service today.
This review is long overdue. I’ve been going to PPM for the last 11yrs to service my 997.2. I definitely trust their work more than your local Porsche Service Centers. Trustworthy, fair, and definitely experts in the Porsche industry. Finding a good mechanic is hard. When you find them you gotta hold on to them. PPM is a keeper.
I bought my 996 in Seattle sight unseen for a roadtrip through the Pacific Coast Highway, and through all of Route 66. I noticed that the oil pan and exhaust was hanging on the drivers side, so I thought it was a shot engine mount. Since I was traveling, I needed help the same day, and Brian was not only able to squeeze me in the same day, but also able to get the engine mounts a few hours after I called.
