Went to see Alex Warren at the arena. Entry was an absolute shit show. They opened the doors late and there were literally thousands of people lined up to get in. Fortunately everyone kept their cool. They only had one door open for people with bags so that was another bottleneck. Once inside the arena was very nice. Seating in the upper bowl is pretty steep but leads to being not too far from the action. Leaving was also not that horrible once we waited for a little bit. Total experience was diminished by the entry.

paid for parking which was not fun to find with traffic and holy moly nobody knew where the lines started or ended or anything. Need better set up when doing concerts. The staff didn’t even know where to tell us to go so we were allstanding on the road all Willy Nilly. Had an amazing view and experience otherwise.

No help whatsoever on figuring out where lines corresponded with what tickets. Was made to change lines THREE separate times! The security was useless.
