Dr. Patel is that doctor frfr. Love her so much. She told me how awful Hubble contacts were and really helped me understand my eyes and why they were feeling yucky. She always gives me information in the way that is helpful and I under. 10/10
Very friendly staff but they no longer take insurance and it is not noted anywhere on their website when you make an appointment. Insurance website still shows them as a provider so not sure who is at fault for that but they should have something on their website that they no longer take insurance. It was my sons first eye exam and we wasted time and lost money for time off at work.
Dr. Patel is kind and friendly. The first time I went into the office for an appointment, the assistant offered me a mask. I asked if she was asking me or telling me and she responded with "its your choice". When I was called for the appointment after waiting, she asked me to put the mask on and I asked again and this time she said it was required. My husband & I had eye exams today. Shay & Dr. Patel were phenomenal!!! I had a wonderful time getting my eye exam. My husband experience was wonderful too. The staff is very knowledgeable, super nice and quick. If you are a Costco member, and you're in the Orange Park area walk-ins are available. Tell them Tara Tukes send you 😄
Cannot Recommend - poor Customer Service: 1) 6 Days AFTER I attended my scheduled appointment, I received a text informing me that my appointment is scheduled for the next day - exactly one week AFTER it occurred. 2) I attempted to call the number in the text - received voicemail informing me to access information through the website - WRONG!
