If I could give no stars I would. I started my process and signed a contract in April 2021. I heard nothing until October 2021. The installation took almost a year. They failed city inspections repeatedly, did not inform me of the system location which takes up an entire wall of my garage, and many other wrong things. Finally, after the installation nightmare, my system was up and running at the end of August 2022. By October 2022 it was not working.
