Although it was right at closing time (Monday at 2:30 pm), Kevin W. came out and helped me anyway. Courteous, friendly, and yet professional. Powill has been the best company I have worked for (3 years and counting, second time working here). If you ask for help, they provide you with the tools you need and steer you in the right direction. As a mom and pop facility they are aware to the importance of family and are incredibly understanding when anything happens regarding your own. Powill Manufacturing and engineering is one of the most supportive employee focused companies I've ever worked for. The foreman Kevin Wolfe is very helpful when it comes to guiding his machinists. Safty equipment is provided and overall each employee is knowledgeable in his or her specific position. The flow of production is very focused and efficient. I would definitely recommend Powill to any qualified person who is looking for a fulfilled career.
