Richard was prompt, very thorough and knowledgable. Richard took the extra and necessary time to explain all the building codes in depth. He took his time and checked every inch of the home. We promptly received our written home inspection with photos. My wife and I truly appreciated your expertise and time. I would definitely recommend Richard and his services to anyone who needs a thorough detailed home inspection.
Richard Dias did a home inspection for us. His report and findings were very well documented and provided to us with detailed explanations and photos. We joined him the last 30 minutes of the inspection and he pointed out all the things that needed attention. He did a great job and if we need a home inspection in the future he will be our guy. Richard Dias has inspected two homes for us. The first because we found him on Angie's list and the second because we were so impressed with his work the first time. He is on-time, personable, thorough, and provided a timely report with many pictures. He did the inspection in the morning from 8:00 - Noon and provided our report by email that evening. Excellent service. Richard provided tons of pictures and took the time to show all the potential issues. He also took extra time to figure out a problem with the HVAC system. It was a little more expensive than other inspection services available, but with the warranties and how thorough he was I feel it was well worth it.
Richard did a thorough job on the inspection, and went above and beyond with answering questions and follow-up. He also provided additional warranties as a post inspection service. I would highly recommend Richard for home inspections.
