Awesome place to workout. Staff is really helpful and care about your health and fitness. Would recommend this place to anyone. Also have great classes for kids while parents workout.
I have been a member for many years, the facility has developed into a wonderful place to workout. The staff truly cares for their members, they are committed to your overall health; physical, mental and nutritional. I highly recommend Power Works to anyone. I recently required knee surgery for an old injury, I can honestly say I owe my quick recovery to the core training I have received here at Power Works.
