Love our senior class. I probably wouldn't be exercising in a well rounded program had it not been for the convenient location to me and class schedule that allows me to start the day off right.
I have only been going to Power Works for two weeks!! I love the workout classes for the 60+ group!! Everyone has been so welcoming! Lots of energy from all the folks of all ages working out while I have been in the gym!! I am looking forward to getting back to a kickboxing class. It feels great to be taking charge of my health again!! Thank you Power Works!!
