I’ve been coming to this place for about 2 years now and my gains have been off the charts. The staff is amazing always motivating me and pushing me to do better.
I started coming to power strength and training about two months ago since I’ve came I have seen major gains in my speed strength and just all around attitude. The trainers are great. The facilities are nice and everyone is just here to have a good time and get better together it’s always great experience 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I’ve been coming to Power Strength since I was in middle school and over my time here I have made tremendous progress. The trainers here are absolutely top-notch and that’s undisputed. This place has really just allowed me to make so many gains and I’m so thankful that I found it. 11/10 if given the opportunity everyone should get in here.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. it's more than a gym, it's community and friendships and support and accountability. it's fun and personalized and high energy and controlled movement and necessary guidance. it's unlike any other gym I've been to or workout video ive tried. the coaches sincerely care about you as an individual. they get to know your needs, your weaknesses, and the right level to push you to achieve your goals. is it more expensive than, say, planet fitness? sure. and it's worth every last ce... read more
