I recently purchased a utv with Ryan and was most pleasantly pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the units,also want to give a shout out to Matt,Jim,Jethro and Cody in parts,service and sales as they know there jobs and seems to take pride in them...Now my dealership for service,parts and sales...thank you all at Powersports HQ...
Jethro was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction on rims and tires. He knew the max tire sizes I could mount without rubbing or buying a lift kit. All from memory. Jake took care of the service. Showed me a few tips on the airbox and some weak tabs that like to snap easily..... Good heads up. Both were a wealth of information and helped get our Viking ready for duck season.
These guys were great! Ryan & Jim worked with me to get me into my machine even when the bank wouldn't loan me the full amount! They definitely were out to make sure I was taken care of. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
Taking a step back in time, about 2 years ago, the company I work for had a meeting at the neighboring Hospital. I had a little extra time and stopped by Powersports HQ knowing I had no intentions of buying. (I worked at a bike shop in a past life and know that can be aggravating.) I was clear with the guy who approached I was killing time and had no intent in buying. They were awesome!
