I placed an order from these guys on December 11th, 2013. As of January 9th, I still have no communication from them. They've dropped their website and facebook page, are no longer accredited with the BBB, and their phone is disconnected. Don't waste your money here, and if you have, get with your credit card company ASAP.

I've ordered many specialty and custom items from PJ for my Buell and they always have what I needed at a fair price. Their customer service is great with followup emails or a phone call. Yes, a phone call to talk to a real person. Absolutely great.

It took three calls, but I got through to the and they issued me a refund. The part I ordered ended up not being in stock. The gal who helped me on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a Christmas present for my husband from their website. I got an email a few days later saying the item was out of stock and what did I want to do. I responded saying I would like a refund. After not hearing from them I called several different phone numbers most of which were out of service. I have tried emailing them several times with no response. I still have no refund or word from them after a month. I opened a dispute with PayPal and still no word. Very dissapointing!
