Doctors and staff are good . Waiting time is very reasonable . Nice and clean.
I am new to Indiana and didn't have a primary doctor yet. I had pain in my lower abdomen and didn't know what it could be so looked for an immediate care facility. I went on a Friday morning and the wait was about 5 minutes. I had blood work done and a ct scan. I was there about 2 hours altogether including waiting for results. All the staff were great, friendly and thorough. The nurse took the time to make sure all my meds were entered correctly. My wait wasn’t Long at all after I saw the nurse shortly there after the doctor came in he wanted me to have an x-ray. Minutes later the girl came in took me to x-ray and then about 30 minutes later the doctor came in and told me the results. From the woman who checked me in, to the nurse and to see the doctor and the girl in radiology, I have to say by far they were the nicest and most Professional.
