The nurse practitioner was cranky and said very loud at check in if it was time to go yet. Unfortunately we got her and she was going through the questions really fast. She then tells us that the computer was flagging my daughter for being pregnant, which she is not. Then her explaining to us what to take without telling us what she had was ridiculous. We had to wait to see the paperwork to see what my daughter was actually diagnosed with. Very unprofessional.
The nurse practitioner ignored all of my symptoms so a simple sinus infection (that could have been treated with mild antibiotics) turned into full blown pneumonia and landed me in the hospital. Don’t go here. Unless you want to waste your money AND get even more sick.
I was very impressed with this clinic and the nurse practitioner who saw me. I saw improvement in my condition the next morning after following her instructions. A+
