My car broke down while on vacation in the smokies and i had it towed in to Powermax. They gave me a loaner to drive while we waited on our car to get repaired. I am so grateful for this. This was my 1st vacation in over 3 years and they saved my vacation. Thank you very much!
drove 36 miles to have these geniuses fix an oil leak. wife followed me home for 8 miles, called me on cell & told me the car was smoking really bad. Turned around took it back only to be told to "get the **** out of my garage". This place is a JOKE and definitely a RIP OFF!
My vehicle broke down on me on a sat night while I was vacationing in Gatlinburge. Power Max was recommended to repair my vehicle. They replaced the part and charged me over $600 dollars. After I left my vehicle was still running bad so I turned around and went back and they did something under the hood and said it was fixed. Three weeks later my vehicle broke down again and my local repair shop told me what was wrong. The part they put on had gone bad, so I had to have it replaced again.
