I called bill, asked him a bunch of questions about a potential overhaul, I already had the engine out of the plane trying to figure out where it was going,, he was great on the phone. I asked him to quote me on the overhaul, he said he would, but never did. I emailed him to remind him of our conversation and still no return email.
