Had a few of these dolts show up in the middle of the night, making a ton of noise. Supposedly, they were doing work. After 20 minutes of "work," these packs of stale bacon went on midnight munch break. Not to worry, as they were being overseen by 2 of Toronto's finest donuts. For "safety reasons" of course. They were so effective that cars revved their engines while other vehicles blatantly broke the law in front of them, without repercussion. Awesome crew working super hard to get us back on line. Really appreciate their commitment to helping restore power!
In the middle of the winter is when they decided a transformer replacement would be the best time. They did give a month notification but aren't required to give you a follow up reminder. We have a baby in the house and are forced to plan accordingly. No response from Kyle Crisante despite emails and calls. The company doesn't care about people. Ben Matin should be ashamed.
