Very poor customer service. I refused to let them work in my bike after it was brought to their shop against my will. The tow truck driver stated that he couldn't take her where I wanted her to go to be serviced after I went down on the Taconic. Guy charged me $100 a day storage (bike was there Sunday and Monday and they were closed on Sunday anyway) then left a note on my bike stating "I know you will crash again"! Classless money hungry people. Don't go there!
The worst customer service ever extra fees for nothing I don't recommend anyone use this shop they get 3 thumbs down
Just picked up my 2016 500rs. Couldn't be happier with the guys there. When the dealer tells you to not buy extras until you've ridden the bike tells me the concern is for the customer, not making the extra buck.. 6 Stars!!!
I've been to so many dealers over the course of four years and power lines cycles is where I stopped !! They are a straight shooter, don't exaggerate on the hours.... I feel at ease when I bring my machine to them. Power lines cycle definitely got my business moving forward. Thanks Mark & Tom!!
