I have been dealing with Tommy before I was even a bike owner, he's helped me since day one, from choosing a bike that's right for me to servicing all my rides. I'm a picky pain in the ass and take good care of my toys, that being the case, I always go to Powerline. They are honest, fair and always go the extra step to please the customer!
To be fair the bike (2015 KTM 150sx) I bought from Tom was flawless The issue I've been trying to resolve is getting the MSO for the bike (I bought it used last May). It was also supposed to come with any of the original take off parts which never happened. I wouldn't do business there again based on my experience, ever.
Great and knowledgeable service techs! If you want the job done right with straight forward no bull this is the place to go. They will jump through hoops to get your jobs done with dignity and reality!
Don't do it. Reviews are a numbers game, so look at how many here have stated that these people are not just over-priced or questionable business people, but outright crooks. Now, find reviews for another shop where that's not the case and the decision is pretty clear. Seriously, don't do it.
Screwed a good friend. He asked for one service; they claimed to do extras and would not give him his bike until he paid for the extr services.
