Realistically, they deserve ZERO stars. They currently owe our company over $7,000 for work completed on their behalf at companies like Lowe's, Walgreens, Walmart. How any commercial service company can find vendors these days, with garbage companies like Powerhouse making a terrible name for all of them is beyond me. DO NOT do work as a vendor for this company. They do not pay. They do not call back. They do not answer their phones. They are absolute garbage.
I was a contractor for powerhouse over 8 years. Then behind my back hired my employee of 10 years and used that person to run me off. The are desperate for good help because they don’t pay their employees well at all. Beware contractors don’t sub for them.
Powerhouse retail services makes commitments knowing they will not be kept. Upper management is a complete incompetent disaster. In the South East Region they rely on new and unproven staff members to complete their projects, and when issues arrise they are completely unaccountable. Powerhouse is on the verge of losing many large national accounts and deservedly so.
