If we could give negative stars, we would. Strongly suggest not partnering with or working for this company as a vendor. AWFUL ethic and incredibly unprofessional. We did work for this company 5 months ago. We have never worked with them before and there was a promise to pay upon completion. Powerhouse only owes me $1200 and they no longer answer emails. I knew better than to trust these people but my heart allowed me to do it anyway. We are headed to small claims court. I believe not paying a man for his work is the worst thing anybody can do.

This GC habitually does not pay their subs. We have done half a dozen projects with them. This current project will be out last. We have gone over 90m days waiting on payment for multiple jobs. After you have done what they need you to do, they are done and couldn't care less about getting you paid. Unless you can afford to wait literally months on your money, do not take their contract.
