Our basement flooded and Powerhouse was there within 30 minutes to assess the situation and within another hour had crew on site to begin clean-up. We were so impressed at how pro-active they were, that we agreed to hire them to complete the entire clean-up and restoration. We were told that the entire job would be completed within 4-6 weeks. called Powerhouse Restoration, Inc. at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning due to water in our basement from a burst pipe. A crew was there within the hour, cleaning, drying and trying to salvage all my contents in our finished basement. They worked with my insurance adjuster and made sure that all the damage, remediation and repairs were covered and done correctly.
