the worst company I have ever worked with. rented from them for 3 years..would lie about trying to reach me for repairs, would then charge me for part of the repair service...had a leak in garage with my water bill going through the roof and no help with the increased bill. THEN MADE A LIST OF UNREASONABLE DEMANDS WHEN I DIDN'T SIGN ANOTHER LEASE. DONT USE THEM PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
By far the worst property management I've ever dealt with. Far too many issues to list here so I'll try to sum up a few incidents to paint an accurate picture. Upon signing my lease agreement, I asked if there was a way for me to manage my rent payments online, I was told there was. that was a lie. They did not implement an online payment option until 4 months in to my lease. Horrible company; TRISH IS THE WORST. It took them 4 months to fix our master suite bathroom, they would outright cancel work orders and never fix the probelms, and they didn't show up for the final check and told us to leave the house unlocked with the keys on the counter and they would be by when they have time. These are some of the issues, however I could write a novel on how horrible they are. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR RENTAL.
