My experience with this gym was absolutely horrendous. The equipment was often out of service. The staff was barely friendly or helpful. And then when illness struck and I needed to cancel my membership because I physically couldn’t go anymore, a truly cruel experience was had. I was hung up on, my emails ignored for months. The manager Ashley was very rude, unprofessional and should find a different job, Her negative attitude and unprofessionalism set a negative tone for an environment that should be warm and friendly.
