The classes at this gym are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals. All the instructors are on point, especially Kerri. She really gets the most out of you, working at the next level through positive encouragement. Love this Gym!
I recently joined after watching my previous gym in the area fall into disrepair before it closed. So far this location seems to be well run and is usually very clean. The front desk staff are always very friendly.
