More than a building with fitness equipment. Caring staff, supportive fellow members and a positive environment! Floorplan is open with high ceilings. Good equipment selection - cardio/weight machines, free weights, TRX straps, etc. Great group fitness classes and kids play area!
I don't know about everyone else but, I don't go to the gym for the owners. I love the old school feel. And the 24 hours open. # shutupandtrain

Very rude owners. The gym itself isn't bad but it was better before these owners bought it.
An awesome place with a hands on caring staff! Well worth the cost of a membership! :D
