Sign turners instead of working are chatting and on the phones next to each other on a blind curve. While not paying attention, a car almost hit me head on while I was trying to pull into my driveway. While my family was evaluating how long it took them to get back to turning signs, we noticed 5-7 other individuals standing around just looking at the phone or smoking cigarettes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would give 0 stars if was option.
