Avoid this company if possible. I had a fire inspection and failed because of their lack of actually cleaning the hood correctly. The fire marshall looked up the chase and found where they had stopped cleaning the system. It looked as though the chase hadn't been cleaned in years. Therefore the fire hazard was extremely high. When I called and explained my situation, the person on the other end acted as if my issues were inconsequential. I was left very frustrated and unsatisfied.
