First I’d like to lead with an apology to the manager, Eric. Due to an issue with payment, I angrily called the store explaining I had been double charged. They quickly assisted me and told me the refund would be paid in a matter of days. This upset me seeing as how I expected the refund to be given immediately. I proceeded to yell at Eric and express my frustration. Not only did Eric see to it that my refund was expedited, he even told me that the order they duplicated was mine to keep.
