My therapist name was Zoe. I don’t recommend. I lost my dad and brother. Mother’s Day was hard for me I needed someone to talk to and her words were she has bigger and better things going on on Mother’s Day so she can’t be there for me. I don’t recommend this buisness whatsoever and she’s the manager lmao. Again. I don’t recommend.

I have been seeing Cheryl for about a year now, and it has been a profoundly positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is her punctuality; she is always on time for our sessions, which shows respect for my time and sets a positive tone. Moreover, Cheryl is incredibly patient and considerate, never making me feel rushed. This place is truly unprofessional in the way they deal with appointments and relaying information. I spoke to someone about making an appointment and was supposedly booked for a telehealth appointment. Eventually my appointment time comes around and I was never booked. I waited an hour for my appointment for no one to log on. I then reached out to the office to clarify what was going on and no one answered although it was clearly during office hours.
