He was so very nice and helpful. Came me a quote right over the phone that he stuck with. Was able to get my window repaired same day and he came right to my house! It only took him about 45 mins!
Arrived at the appointed time, on a Sunday no less. Had the correct parts on hand for a misbehaving automotive window, clearly explained what he was doing as he went through the troubleshooting procedure, and replaced the problem parts, putting everything back together and making sure all windows were fully functional upon completion. Work was done in the full midday sun so I also gave him a cold pineapple soda at the end as part of my appreciation for a job well done :)
