I've been in almost every gym in Putnam county and this one far exceeds them all. Before I joined, I was worried it would be bodybuilding gym geared more towards hard heavy lifters. That's pretty much what it is but with the "fitness" gym atmosphere. It's literally the best of both worlds. I can't say enough good things about Taylor and Joanie either, top notch folks.

Love power up!! They offer many classes and the zumba classes are awesome!! The gym and staff are amazing and know their stuff more than any other gym in the valley.
