Been user of Power Tank for 10+years , and today was first time to call and asked couple questions and was so rude, my questions was pretty simple not complicated things.. hope ill keep using E-mail or just order online.. if i keep using Power Tank.. just got me thinking “should buy it or not”.. hope
I have used Power Tank for nearly two decades! Of the dozens of tanks, manifolds, regulators, and so many other products of theirs that I purchased over the years nothing has ever let me down, Zero failures. Power Tank as a product and as a company has far exceeded any expectation I could possibly have! Highly recommend - easy 5 star review.
My wife bought me the workhorse tire inflator last year for Christmas. Only used it a handful of times and the hose started leaking. I decided to contact PowerTank using their warranty page. The next morning Steve emailed me asked if I wanted to send it in or he could send me a replacement hose. The replacement hose is already in the mail and scheduled to be here tomorrow. No questions asked. It is rare to find a company these days with such great customer service.
