I purchased a power steering pump for my tow truck. Installed the pump and knew right away it was defective. I had this pump for 3 hours. I contacted them to get a replacement and they told me that I had 2 options. 1. if I wanted the replacement quickly I needed to order another pump and pay for it. Then send back the defective pump and they would inspect it to see if it could be warrantied and if it could be warrantied they would refund me. or option 2) send back the defective pump and they would see if it would fall under ... read more
