I have yet to go down to the store and buy anything because I was just looking for a trowel, but the guy shamus was extremely helpful. He Helped me look stuff up online and that’s hard to find with small businesses these days. Great store for Concrete finishers. Great selection of products and tools.
Extremely poor customer service. The salesman (who stated his father owns the business) was more concerned with telling me how he used to scratch his head over customers food at his previous job than helping me with my order. He made it very clear that he had zero respect for customers then and in his current position. He told Me when to return the stamps I rented which I abided by. After returning them he billed me additionally for nearly $500. He stated that I pulled up, unloaded to sets of concrete stamps myself then left... read more
