I scheduled a tour with them and they sent me a text at 5:00 am to confirm and I didn’t answer it because I was sleeping (as any person would be at at 5:00 am). My appointment was canceled through an automated text and I couldn’t do anything about it. Everything is automated and it is impossible to get in contact with them. I called, emailed, texted and everything is automated. I would not recommend.
I contacted Megan regarding some plumbing issues in my suite. She referred a contractor Power Properties deals with who was very efficient in resolving these issues. Thanks for the great help Megan!
