Such a horrible experience and the negligence of this company forced me to lose my property. Do not sign with them!!! They will leave you completely high and dry at the sight of any minor issue. You’d be better off hiring some dead beat to manage your company, because at least then you know you’ll be dealing with a human.
Would give zero stars if I could. We had no ceiling in our kitchen for 6 months after a gas leak. They didn’t offer us any discount on rent during that time and then we had to pay for the post construction clean when they finally came to fix it. We were there for 3 years. When we moved out during the walk through they said this was the cleanest place they have ever seen but they still charged our full damage deposit for tiny dents in the blinds and to paint. please, prior to any repairs at the property , pass it by the owner first always!! thank you , also It takes numerous attempts to reach the management team when there’s a concern , too many chiefs and no communication between them not impressed !
