Not a fan. This company has a bad reputation. I don't recommend to anyone
We have just moved in but I have been arranging and talking to several people in this company. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone of them. Extremely helpful and friendly through all my questions. The ONLY reason there is a 4 star instead of 5 is the fact that we have to drive all the way downtown to pick up the elevator key and again to return it. Please take it as a small complaint in the middle of all the koodos.
I am currently living at the skyview ranch property. Overall the building maintenance and upkeep is horrible. Floors are always dirty, if someone makes a mess in a hallway it will sit for over 1 week. Parkade has never been swept since I’ve lived here (1.5years), it is filled with dust and debris. I have thick layers of dust on my bike after 2-3 days. Snow removal is not a priority. Our last snowfall, they were out using the blower after 3am.
