Cannot believe the unprofessional & ignorant attitude of this company & their agent Anil. They hide behind a message centre that does not allow you to contact anyone in their company except to screen your calls to leave a message. Unfortunately, our move-out experience with this property management company was very disappointing and unprofessional. At the final inspection, the manager personally told us everything was perfect — very clean and no issues at all. However, when it came time to return our damage deposit, we were surprised to find $200 deducted because they hired a professional to install 5 missing light bulbs.
